Michael launched FCI in 2003. Coupled with gathered market and competitive intelligence we work with our clients to define, implement and measure their success plan.  As FCI's Principal Advisor, Michael specializes in monitoring and predicting industry trends coupled with quantitative and qualitative reviews of technology vendors. Michael is able to provide cumulative quarter by quarter Enterprise IT spending trends and outlooks. Tech Sectors include unified computing, infrastructure virtualization, security software and appliances, WAN optimization, de-duplication, VoIP and unified communications, and other related technologies.  Michael is a former President of Boston Toastmasters.  Previously, he was the Director of Consulting and Professional Services at CRI.  Michael also serves as a GLG Council Partner and Leader.

He has over 30 years of experience in marketing strategy, branding, change management, advertising and communications. His background includes work for Ford Motor Company, US Postal Service, Fidelity Investments, Ericsson, Pitney Bowes, Zurich Financial Insurance, Campbell’s Soup, McKinsey & Company, several High Tech companies and start-ups and professional services firms. Hank Haddad is the founder of VARometer®, a research company that focuses on computer solution providers, and best known for its Solution Provider Business Models reports. Reseller Management magazine described the reports as "...the bible on VAR taxonomy and business model benchmarks for success." Haddad spent 27 years helping solution providers seize their opportunities and face the challenges of growth, margin pressure, marketing, organizational and other critical segments of business. His background includes 14 years in channels management, computer sales and marketing management with computer manufacturers. During the last 13 years, he has met or spoken with hundreds of solution provider business owners and executives, has interviewed a significant portion of that number, and has worked with over 100 of those companies in one-on-one business consultations. Haddad's work has been the subject of many computer-media articles and he has authored dozens of articles and books focused on solution provider businesses. 
David Munn

Dave oversees all ITSMA strategy, partnerships, and international operations. He also moderates numerous ITSMA conferences and speaks at a variety of industry and client events.

Since joining ITSMA in 1995, one year after its formation, Dave has played a central role in expanding the organization’s offerings to include: Best-practice, benchmarking, and customer research; custom consulting and training; and a wide range of member services to help companies improve marketing, sales, and business results. ITSMA now has operations in the U.S., Europe, and Japan, serving over 100 member companies representing close to half of the total Technology & Telecom services revenues generated worldwide.

Prior to joining ITSMA, Dave held senior-level field positions with Oracle Corporation and Apple Computer, responsible for marketing products and services to commercial and government accounts. Earlier, Dave was a senior analyst with The Ledgeway Group, where he authored Ledgeway’s first “Service Trends and Forecast” study and launched the company’s inquiry hotline service.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Denison University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School, where he concentrated in Marketing and Corporate Strategy. Dave is a former President of the Alcott Toastmasters Club and an alumni interviewer for Kellogg’s MBA program.
